Currently, we ship to the Netherlands & Belgium from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon!

How long does delivery take? Plus

We ship all orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Most packages are delivered within:

  • Netherlands: 1-2 business days
  • Belgium: 2-3 business days

Public holidays may cause slight delays, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Are YMOAs products safe for my pet? Plus

All our products are non-toxic and pet-friendly when used correctly. Safety depends on proper use, so always supervise your pet when needed.

For toys: No toy is indestructible. YMOAs does not provide a destruction guarantee on toys. Never leave toys unattended.

How do I choose the right size for my pet? Plus

Every product comes with a size guide. You can find it under "Size Guide" on each product page.

How do I clean and maintain my YMOAs products? Plus
  • Collars, harnesses, leashes, poop bag holders → Machine washable (max 60°C), air dry, do not tumble dry.
  • Rubber toys → Rinse with clean water and let dry.
  • Ceramic bowls → Dishwasher safe (ceramic part only). The stand can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
